Jury Gave Greenlee Judgment For $105 Against Trustee.

Some four years ago Everet Greenlee, of Newton township, sued Trustee Ed'Lane for $339. Mr. Greenlee lived outside of the limits of a school district and one year hauled one child to school and the next year hauled two. He alleged that Trustee Lane had promised to pay him for doing so. The case went to the appellate court on a decision sustaining a demurrer. There the opinion of the lower court was reversed and the case was tried Friday. The jury was out almost all night.
