Health Board Notice.
Governor Ralston has ploclaimed Oct. 2nd as “Dipease Prevention Day,” and directs that each city make a sanitary display in the stores, put on a float parade and have a public meeting. Taking into consideration the conditions in Rensselaer, the city health board has decided to ask the merchants to make a window display demonstrating sanitation in all its phases and the citizens in general to clean the premises of all -trash. It is likely that inspectors from the school will inspect on that day. Any information desired concerning the window display can be obtained at the office of the secretary of the board.
