Dripless Tea Strainer.

Tea strainers that will not drip or stain a tablecloth are nOw being manufactured. The perforated mesh for straining the tea is on top of one end of a deep bowl-shaped spoon which forms the bottom when strainer is resting on the table. When in use the strainer is held sidewise over a cup so that the tea flows into the bowl and then back through the perforations. Any liquid that is left in the perforations drips back into the bowl when the strainer is laid down. —Popular Mechanics.
