The senate Thursday ratified the treaty with Peru, providing tor an investigating commission in international disputes before resort to arms. This is the ninete nth in this new series of peace treaties to be ratified. The Joint resolution authorizing the president to admit to American registry foreign built ships for use by the Reid Cross has been passed unanimously by the house. The resolution passed the senate, and now it goes to the president.
