NOTICE OF LETTING CONTRACT FOB FAINTING BRIDGES. Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of the City of Rensselaer, - Indiana, will on August 24th, 1914, 4et the contract for the painting of the Washington street and College Avenue bridges across the Iroquois River, according to plans and specifications on file in the office of of the Clerk of said City. Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of the City of Rensselaer, Indiana, will on August 24th, 1914, at 8 o’clock p. m. at the Council Chamber, receive sealed bids for the construction of an 8- and 10-inch sewer on east side of Webster street for a distance of 1,300 feet, according to plans and specifications now on file in the office of the City Clerk. Bidders will be required to accompany their bids with a certified check in the sum of SIOO as evidence that they will enter into contract. The Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
