The means of deciding who shall be awarded these valuable and costly prizes will be /by voting during this campaign iwhich shall run for a period of six weeks. Votes will be Issued on all subscription payments according to the published schedule and by the free voting coupons that will appear in The Republican. Any person of good character residing in the territory covered by this paper is eldgible to compete tor the grand awards; all that is necessary to become a candidate in this campaign la to fill out the nomination blank and send or bring to campaign department bring to the campaign department of The Republican.
