Evening Republican, Volume 18, Number 166, Rensselaer, Jasper County, 16 July 1914 — New Shades of Yellow. [ARTICLE]
New Shades of Yellow.
Tulip yellow is a hew color that seems to fit the spring picture very well. Another yellow shade much in favor is primrose, which is .so delicate that it may be worn by women with light hair and blue eyes—a type to which most yellows are forbidden. Exceedingly dainty is a dancing frock of primrose-qolored pussy-willow taffeta, trimmed with garlands of little blue and lavender roses and having a wide girdle of lavender ribbon. - The pretty frock is matched by gloves of primrose-tinted silk, with wrist erabroideries. —-v • ———
