To Wlhom It May Concern: Notice Is hereby given by the Common Council of the City of Rensselaer, Indiana, that on the. 13th day of July, 1914, It adopted improvement resolution No. 114 for the construction of an eight inch sewer beginning at a point 10 feet south of northeast corner of block 3. In Benjamin’s addition to City of Rensselaer, Indiana, and running thence In a northerly direction following the center line of the alley running through the center of blocks two (2) and twelve (12) in the original p!4t of said City, a distance of four hundred and edghty-seveifi (487) feat to the southerly side of Rutsen street where - the same will have an outlet in the Rutsen street sewer. The Common Council of said city has fixed the 27th day of July ,1914, as a date upon which may be filed or heard by persons Interested In, or affected by said described public improvement and on said day, at eight o’clock p. m., the said. Common Council will meet in the Council Chamber In said City, for the punpose of hearing and considering any remonstrances which may have been filed, or which may be presented; and will hear all persons interested, or whose property Is affected by said proposed improvement, and will decide whether the benefits that will accrue to the property, abutting and adjacent to the proposed improvement, and to said city, will be equal to or exceed the estimated cost of the proposed improvement, as estimated by the City Civil Engineer.
