Bald sewer to be constructed shall he eight inches in diameter from its source for a distance of seven hundred and tljhly (.730) feet and ahall be ten Inches in diameter from that point to its outlet. , '■ -V •- The Common Council of said city has fixed the 22nd day of June, 1914, as a date upon which remonatrancea may be filed or heard by persons Interested in or affected by said described public improvement and on said day, at eight o’clock p. m., the. said Common Council will meet in the Council Chamber in said city, for the purpose of hearing and considering afiy remonstrances which may have been filed, or which may he presented, and will hear all persons interested, or whope property is affected bv said proposed improvement, and wiii decide whether the benefits that will accrue to the property, abutting and adjacent to the proposed Improvement, and to said city, will be eaaal to or exceed the estimated cost of the proposed improvement, as estimated by the City Civil Engineer. The association commended the national administration for the elimination of much red tape in civil service, and voted to join the national association of Civil Service Employes.
