Chas. F. 'Mansfield, Jr., had a runaway with a mule team Tuesday afternoon and suffered a quite severe injury to his right foot, two bones being broken. Dr. M. D. Gwin dressed the injured member and Charley is able to be out on crutches. The experimental stage of Republican classified ads passed long, long ago. We placed the rate at about half the price charged in most cities of this size. This made it possible to advertise the little things that otherwise would have been wasted. The result has been tremendously satisfactory to our customers and ourselves. We have established regular customers who have tried over and over again and who make a profit of many dollars by advertising the little things. We expect our classified column to continue to grow. It started with a quarter of a column and now it is almost two columns. Three classified advertisements have been telephoned to this office in the past half hour. We make a ticket against you if you telephone the ad and collect later. Our phone number is 18. We like to have you caU and hope to have you try advertising, believing you will become a regular customer. Call today. ! ' ■ 1 1111 - 11 ■■■■■■■' ■■■■ _ JTOTXOK.
