Ditches, Bridges, Highways and Other Matters Passed Upon at The June Term.

Bridges sold to James McClanahan for $75 and to Myrtle B. Meyers for $3.00 cash and money paid into county treasury. Ed Lane, trustee Newton township, files petition for bridge and board finds that said bridge is not of sufficient importane to make an appropriation and same referred to trustee for construction--G. L. Parks highway. Petition found sufficient and auditor directed to give notice of hearing first day of July term. John Eck Road. Report and supplemental report presented and approved. Road ordered constructed without an election and auditor directed to give notice of sale of contract on July 6, 1914. Lewis W. Hunt Road. Viewers granted extension of time to file report including June 22, 1914. C. 'J. Hobbs Ditch. Auditor presents certified copy of judgment of circuit court and Devere Yeoman is appointed commissioner of construction and directed to proceed to sell contract and proceed with construction of drain. Charles Erb Ditch. Cause docketed and continued for objections. James C. Anderson granted renewal of liquor license for Wheatfield. A Halleck showed $l5O attorney fees in Zick Road, Walker township. G. A. Williams allowed SIOO attorney foes in Eck Road in Carpenter township.
