Judge Sustains Fire Prevention Officials.
The fire marshal won the first case in which he appeared before a court to assist an Indiana city in the enforcement of a section of its ?*, building ordinances. The case wtas that of Francis L Stultz,«owner of the Home Hotel building at Huntington, against the city of Huntington. The fire marshal had ordered Bred Bippus, former owner of the hotel, to tear down the structure, since i t was a fire hazard.
