Baked Peas.

Soak over night the dry peas and bake as you would beans. If you have no pork convenient or other suitable meat,, they will be very good if you use a little sausage or bacon fat. For a change you will probably like them fully as well or better than beans. You will save much by having beans : ' or peas regularly once a week and then wanned over twice.
