Argument for New Trial In Famous Race Track Case.

Judge Hanley is. today, Saturday, hearing the argument of the motion for a new tritri ip the famous Porter Race Track case. Judgment was given again Peter Crumpacker, et al, for the amount sued for by the Manhattan Lumber Co., and the de- . fendants in the action are trying to secure another hearing. The argument will evidently occupy the entire day and perhaps longer. *ln case the new trial is refused, the case will probably be appealed.
