Rice and Tapioca Pudding.

Wash three tablespoonfuls of rice and two of tapioca, add four tablespoons sugar, a little grated nutmeg, a pinch, of salt, and a quart of milk. Bake in a slow oven two to three hours, stirring occasionally during the first hour. The combination of rice and tapioca is pleasant.
