St. Augustine’s Church Notes.

Next Sunday is the fourth Sunday in Lent, also known as Laetare Sunday. The services are as followsEarly mass at 8. Rosary, highmass aird sermon at 10, Chrlstiian doctrine, way of the cross and benediction at 2:30. Lenten devotions each Wednesday and Friday evening at 7:30. During week divine services each morning at 8 o’clock. Already the recently organized Holy Name Society is acknowledged as an organization which will wield a powerful influence for the good of this community. At the first regular monthly meeting, which was held in St. Augustine’s hall Sunday evening, March Bth, many important matters were discussed. The report read by the treasurer shows the society to be in a flourishing condition with a rapidly growing, sustaining meiribership.
