Appellate Court Sustains Dr. E. E. Wishard Judgment.

In August, 1910, Dr. Ernest E. Wishard, of Noblesville, son of Mrs. Jennie Wishard, of this city and himself a former Rensselaer boy, sustained injuries and had his automobile wrecked while crossing the track of the Central Indiana railroad in Noblesville. The trainmen had made a flying switch and a view of the road was cut off by cars standing along the side tracks. The doctor had a narrow escape from death. He brought suit against the road in Tipton county and was given a judgment for $5,000. The defendants appealed and the appellate court has just sustained the verdict of the circuit court and Dr. Wishard will receive the amount of the judgment and interest from the date of the verdict. He is a cousin of Dr. A. R. Kresler and of Harry and Frank Krosler, of this city.
