J. H. Clemmons Had Fine Sale; Enters Business at Wheatfield.
J. H. Clemmons’ sale last Thursday was a big success and he called at The Republican office to thank us as well as to pay for his advertising. He Struck a good day, had a fine crowd and prices ranged high. One team of mares brought $453; a team of young mules brought $4lO and one cow brought $87.50. Mr. Clemmons has decided to quit farming, has purchased a residence in Wheatfield and will engage in the restaurant business there.
