MATTHEW PETTY DIED SUDDENLY TUESDAY NIGHT

Citizen of Virgie Had Visited Fair Oaks Daring Day—Funeral to Be Held Friday^

'Matthew Petty, aged about 67 years, died at 10 o’clock Tuesday night of heart failure at his home just south of Virgie, in Union township. He had visited Fair Oaks durng the day and was in his usual condition of health. Heart failure was the cause of his sudden demise. He leaves a wife but no children. The funeral has been set for Friday morning at 10 o’lock. Burial will be made in the Praeter cemetery.
