Cranberry Pudding.

One and a half cups sour milk, one teaspoon soda, three quarters cup molasses, one teaspoon salt, three cups flour. Stir well together and add two cups raw cranberries. Pour into a buttered tin and steam one and a half hours. Serve with a sauce.
