Fruit Rolls.

Two cups flour, two teaspoons baking powder, one-half teaspoon salt, two tablespoons butter, two-thirds cup milk, one-third cup stoned raisins chopped fine, two tablespoons citron chopped fine, two tablespoons sugar, one-third teaspoon cinnamon. Mix flour, baking powder and salt. Sift twice. Work in butter with tips of the fingers. Add gradually the mixing with a knife to the consistency of soft dough. Toss on floured board, roll to one-fourth inch in thickness. Brush over with melted butter, sprinkle with the fruit, sugar and cinnamon and roll up like jelly roll. Cut into slices three-fourths inch in thickness and bake in quick oven 15 minutes.
