College’s Ten Commandments.
The college students’ “Ten Commandments” have been .discovered at Columbia university. They were published by she Dorms, a paper issued by the residents of Hartley, Livingstone and Fumald halls. A strange feature about the list ie that there Is no provision for spending a single moment at his lessons. These are the commandments: % 1. To riße.at 7:30, to retire at 10:00. 2.
