Blouse Revival.
The cross-over blouse, whleh was popular some fifteen years ago, hps been revived. This blouse is usually made of lace net, and its principal charm Is that It Is devoid of a single button or hook. The blouse has two long fichu ends, which the wearer crosses over her
waist and fastens either in front or at the back. She is ( thus enabled to make the V-shaped opening at the neck high or low to suit her own taste. Few blouses in net or ninon fasten at the back, and even those with high collars button down the front. Fulllength or three-quarter length sleeves are the rule.
