Bond farm, near Pleasant Ridge, of Chas. G. Spitler v This is the farm that was to have figured in the trade for the A. Gangioff property in this city, the trade having been canceled by agreement of parties recently. Mr, Spitler bought the Bond farm tor SBO per acre, put in about $4,000 in improvements, and the sale price is understood to have been about $l5O per acre.
