CITY COUNCIL MET LAST TIME IN 1913

The city council met Monday night for the tost time in 1913 and also forxthe test time Mayor Meyers and all the councilmen, as there will be a complete change when Mayor Spitler and the new council are sworn In on the evening of Jain. sth. The business enacted follows: In the matter of the sewer on Eim street from Forest to Dayton the previous assessment roll was adopted and the clerk was ordered to give notice that remonstrances will be heard on Jan. 12th. In regard to the cleaning of the sewer on South Cullen street, the matter was referred to the sewer committee. Previous assessmnets on the opening of the new street near the depot were filed and adopted and the clerk ordered to give notice of remonstrance at meeting, to be held Jan. 12th. In the matter of heating the school houses it was decided to accept $2,000 for the heating during the years 1912, 1913 and up to Jujy, 1914. The council made the ptroposition to the school trustees and was accepted and the clerk was instructed to correct the record and conform to this action.
