Sims Issues Call to Republican State Central Committee.

Fred A. Sims, chairman of the republican central committee, has called a meeting of the committee for December 30, at 2 p. m., at the Claypool hotel. Plans for the reorganization of the state committee will be made at that time. The committee will decide when the county and congressional committees will meet to select members for the new committee.
