Creamed Fish.
Get a can of any preferred fish,' as salmon, crab, lobster or shrimps. Open and place in a bowl for an hour or so before using. Make a sauce by cooking together equal quantities (about one tablespoonful) of butter and flour until they reach the bubbling point, then pour in a cupful of milk and stir until the seauce is smooth, white and thick. Now add the fish and season with pepper and salt. When the fish is thorouhgly heated through, stir in a little lemon juice and serve at once.
