Luers-Kanne Marriage at St. Augustine’s Catholic Church.

At 8 o’clock this Wednesday morning at St. Augustine’s Catholic church occurred the marriage of Miss Anna Luers, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Luers, to Mr. George E. Kanne, son of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Kanne. The bride and groom were attended by Miss Katharyn Luers, sister of the bride, and Mr. Art Kanne, brother of the groom. The service was read by Father Christian Daniels, in the presence of a number of relatives and friends of the popular couple. Miss Luers was employed in the county treasurer’s office for some time and is a very popular young lady. Mr. Kanne is a proseprous farmer and after their return from Chicago, Campus and Joliet, 111., where they will visit relatives, they will take up their residence ou his farm east of Rensselaer.
