Wife of Dr. Johnson Died In Indianapolis Wednesday.

Mrs. Alice A. Johnson, wife of Dr. W. H. Johnson, the progressive candidate (for mayor of Indianapolis, died of pneumonia Wednesday after a sickness of one week. During the campaign Mrs. Johnson accompanied her husband during many of his speakirijjp appointments and it is presumed the exertion affected her and that she contracted a cold that caused her sickness. She was a splendid woman and had reared many orphan children. During the flood of last spring she found hontes for sixty children and saw that all were properly housed and warmely clothed. She leaves a husband but no children. ' ,
