Writing on the subject of perWright declares the increasing use of profanity In the United States, and especially In the East, Is a disgrace to the nation. So common has the habit become, he adds, that playwrights and novelists do not refrain from having’ some of their characters Indulge In It. The time has come to call a halt on the use of profanity.
