NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION. To Whom It May Concern: Notice is hereby given by the Common Council of the City of Rensselaer, Indiana, that on the 10th day of November, 1913, it unanimously adopted Declaratory Resolution No. 109, for the vacation and narrowing Merritt Street from 80 feet to a uniform width of 60 feet from the east line of Forest Street to the west line of Scott Street in said City. The Common Council, of said City has fixed the Bth day of December, 1913, as a date upon which remonstrances may be filed or presented by persons interested in, or afTected by said proposed vacation, as above described, and’ on said day at 8 o'clock p. m., said Common Council will meet at the Council Chambers for the purpose of hearing and considering any remonstrances which may have been filed or presented, and for the purpose of taking final action thereon, such action shall be final and conclusive upon all persons.
