A suit asking for the appointment of a receiver for the Illinois Central railroad company was filed at Bloomington, this state, Thursday by Win. Louden, prosecutor of the Tenth Judicial circuit It Is alleged the company has violated its franchise and is no longer entitled to do business in-the state.
