Same Boy Threw Rocks Again, Striking Woman On Side. One of the same boys who threw rocks at buggies at they passed the bridge on West Clark street a few days ago, also threw rocks at Mrs. James Norgor Wednesday afternoon, one of the rocks striking her on the side. The boy was about to throw another stone at the lady when one of the Peek boys, who was near him, compelled him to stop. These youngsters are going to get into serious trouble if this practice is continued and Mr. Norgor and his wife were justly aggrieved at the incident
