Monon Switchman Gets First Prize in Montana.
Samuel A. Crowe, a Monon switchman at drew the first prize in the Glasgow, Mont., land lottery, in the Fort Peck Indian reservation. The seventh place went to Harry Moran, another Lake county man who lives near Crown Point. Ollie Coen, of Monticello, is also mentioned among the lucky. So far as known here no Jasper county person was successful.
