Notice is hereby given to the Republican voters of the city of Rensselaer, Indiana, to meet in mass conventions at the places hereinafter designated on Wednesday evening, September 24, 1913, at 7:30 o’clock p. m., for the purpose of nominating one candidate from each ward for city councilman.
