NOTICE OF DECLARATORY RESOLUTION. ♦ 1 n To Whom It May Concern: Notice is hereby given by the Common Council of the City of Rensselaer, Indiana, that it is desired and deemed' necessary to make the following described public improvement in the City of Rensselaer, Indiana, as authorized by the following improvement resolution, adopted by said Common Council on the Bth day of September, 1913, for the construction of a local sewer on the north side of Elm street, from Forest Street to Dayton Street in said City. The Common Council of the City of Rensselaer. Indiana, has fixed September 22, A. D. 1913, as a date upon which remonstrances may be filed or heard, by persons interested in or affected by said described public improvement, and on said'day, at 8 o’clock p. m., the Common Council will meet at the council chambers for the purpose of hearing and considering any remonstrances which may have been filed, or which may be presented, and will hear all persons interested, or whose property is affected by said proposed improvement, a.ud will decide whether the benefit that will accrue to the property, abutting thereon and to said city, will be equal to or exceed the estimated cost of the proposed improvement, as estimated by the city civil engineer.
