NOTICE OF COMFI. ETION OF ASSESSMENT SOX.!.. To Whom It Miay Concern: Notice is hereby given by the Common Council of the City of Rensselaer, Indiana, that on the 26th day of August, 1913, it approved an assessment roll showing the prima facie assessment for the College Avenue Sewer, as authorized by improvement resolution No Said sewer is described as beginning at southerly side Milroy Avenut, at the northwest corner of Milroy Park, thence following College Avenue on the easterly side to stake 6, thence crossing College Avenue to the westerly side with an angle from stake 5 to stake 6, thence following along westerly side of the street to outlet in Iroquois river; and the district to be drained thereby Is described as follows: Commencing at the southwest corner of lot one, in outlot fourteen in*Kannal’s subdivision, of outlots 6, 8 and 14 to the City of Rensselaer, Ind.| thence in an easterly direction on the northerly side of Milroy Avenue to the southeast corner of Lot three of said subdivision, thence north to the northeast of outlot 15, thence northwesterly parallel with Austin Avenue to the east side of College Avenue, thence west across said College Avenue to the west side thereof,, thence south to the northeast corner of lot nine in outlbt 6, thence west to the northwest corner of said lot 9, thence south to the southwest corner of said lot 9, thence east along the northerly line of Milroy Avenue to the place of beginning. Persons Interested In or affected by said described public improvement are hereby notified that the Common Council of said city has fixed the Bth. day of September, 1913, as a date upon which remonstrances will be received or heard, against the amount assessed against each piece of property described In said roll and will determine the question as to whether such lots or tracts of land have been or will be benefited in the amounts named in said roll, or in a greater or less sum than that named on said roll. Said assessment roll showing salt prima facie assessments, with the names of the owners and descriptions of property subject to be assessed, is on file and may be seen at the office of the clerk or said city.
