DcMotte School House is Condemned by Health Officer.

Dr. E. N. Loy, county health officer, after a careful examination of the school house at DeMotte, has condemned the building as unfit for school purposes. It is insuflt' ciently and improperly lighted. Is not properly ventilated, it is heatsd by stoves and the stairways art narrow and dangerous. It is commanded (that the building be not used for school purposes after June 1, 1914, which will permit the use of the building this year and it is quite certain that Trustee Snip will cause s new and modern building to be erected next year.
