MARRIED TODAY AT STRATFORD HOTEL

Miss Flora Harris and Mr. C. E. Prior Principals In Wedding That Took Place In Chicago. Mr. Charles Edward Prior and Miss Flora Ellen Harris left on the early morning train Saturday for Chicago, fvhere they were united in marriage by Mr. S. J. Lindsay, of Bregon, 111., who is pastor of the Church of Cod of that city. The ceremony was performed in the parlors of the Stratford Hotel and was witnessed by only a few of the close friends and associates of the contracting parties, among whom were Miss Mary Yates of Rensselaer, Judge Cleland and wife of Chicago, Mr. Blackman and wife of Downer’s Grove, 111., and a few others unknown to the writer. A wedding dinner will be served at the hotel, after which Mr. and Mrs. Prior will leave by train for Detroit, where they will remain over Sunday. From there they will begin a honeymoon tour extending over a period of about a month. The itinerary of the trip had not been fully decided on when they left here but will include the following places: From Detroit they will cross over to Toronto, Canada, thence to Niagara Falls, the Thousand Islands, Kingston, Montreal, thence down the St. Lawrence River and near Portland, Me., where Mr. Prior has friends living. The route home has not been decided on, but will probably be via Boston, New; York and Atlantic City or Saratoga, including a trip up the Hudson River. Mr. and Mrs. Prior expect to be gone about a month and will arrive on the Ist of September. r __ The many friends of Mr. and Mrs. Prior will certainly be glad to welcome them home and congratulate them on their happy, good fortune, each on the selection of the other for a life partner.
