A test case to determine whether automobile owners may recover damages from automobile manufacturers lor injuries suffered through defects! in the machines has been filed In the United States supreme court. The case was one brought by E. T. Wells Johnson of Amsterdam, N. Y., against the Cadillac Motor Car company.
