Sweet Muffins.

One-half cup of sugar, one dessertspoon of butter, two* eggs. Break eggs, sugar and butter into a dish and beat with sugar and -butter one cup flour, one cup of R. I. white meal, three teaspoons of baking powder, good pinch of salt, milk enough to make thick batter. Drop into gem pans and bake in quick oven.
