The honorary degree of doctor of laws was conferred Friday by the University of Edinburgh, Scotland, on James Wilson, former secretary of agriculture of the United States. At the same time the degree of doctor of sciences was conferred on a .woman for the first time in the history of the university. Two boys were fatally injured Thursday while playing on the tracks of the Pennsylvania company In six hours, the victims being James Arnold and a baby by the name of Cademan.
