According to the London Financial Times, the largest elevated reservoir in .the worlfl is about to be erected at Cabalito, near Buenos Aires, in connection with the spnitary improvement schemes of the Argentine capital. It will consist of three tiers of wrought iron eolumns Imbedded in heavy concrete foundations. The total capacity will be sixteen million gallons, and the structure Will be 123 feet high, from the base of the columns to’ the top of the roof. It will contain IS,4W tons of- iron and steel.
