Dainty Serving.

The appearance of a dish means as much as its flavors to many persons. Prettily served it will tempt the appetite where it might otherwise be refused. Left-over chicken made into a salad may be put into cups made by removing the pjilp from solid red tomatoes, and each tomato placed on a bed of green lettuce leaves. This novelty makes a table pretty, or is attractive on an invalid’s tray.
