CHINESE LADIES IN WASHINGTON

These are the ladies of the Chinese legation in Washington. In the center is Mrs. Chang, wife of Minister Chang Yin Tang; at the left is Miss Lily Chang and at the right Miss Alioe Chang. These ladies have speedily adopted American styles and ways.
