NEW DIRECTORS AND OFFICERS CHOSEN
George H. Gifford, President, and F. E. Lewis,'Vice-President of C. & W. V. Railway. A metting of the 'stockholders of the Chicago & Wabash Valley railway was held at Kersey Thursday and the following directors were elected: George H. Giffidrd, Tip ton; Frank E. Lewis, C. J. Hobbs, P. A. Lafond and C. E. Kersey, of Kersey; N. G. Halsey, T. M. Callahan and C. G. Spitler, of Rensselaer; O. Dinwiddie, of Dinwiddie; J. W. Belshaw, of Lowell? M. J. Brown, of Hebron; Carl J. Griswold, of St. Joseph, Mo.; and Gifford Marrs, of McOoysburg. The directors then organized by electing George H. Gifford, president; Frank E. Lewis, vice-presi-dent, and N. G. Halsey, secretarytreasurer.
