A comprehensive bill, designed to strengthen the Sherman anti-trust law, to make control of more than 30 per cent of the value of a commodity unlawful and to meet the “reasonable restraint” features of recent decisions by the supreme court, was introduced Friday by Senator LaFollette, of Wisconsin. One hundred and nineteen purchased tickets here yesterday for the Chicago excursion. The train had -653 passengers after picking up the Rensselaer crowd, all stations having run ahead of the estimates made by agents. Agent Beam had estimated that 100 tickets would be sold. The failure of the so-called Duket consumption cure is predicted, and the claims for it are declared wholly Justifiable, ih the report made by J. O. Cobb, surgeon in the United States public health service, stationed at Chicago, to the surgeon general of that service, under date of May 16, 1913, which, with other correspondence pn the subject, was made public Friday under instructions from Secretary of the Treasury McAdoo.
