B. E. Wallses Sells Cireus To U. S. Amusement Company.

The Hagenback-Wallace shows, which have been owned and man-, aged by B. E. Wallace, of Peru, will be transferred to the United States Amusement Company, of Denver, Colo., on June 30th. B. E. Wallace will retire from the business and devote his time to his business interests in and about Peru. The United States Amusement Company has filed articles ot incorporation with the secretary of state of Indiana for 1300,000.
