Top for Pudding.
After baking a bread pudding, cover tbe top with marshmallows and put back Into tbe oven until they melt and brown. This forms a delicious mockmeringue top that fills the place of the hard sauce usually served with bread pudding, says Good Housekeeping. Do not place the marshmallows too near the edge of your baking dish or they will stick to It in serving.
