Passe-Partout for Mending.
If you tear a black dress, cut a narrow strip of black passe-partout braid, wet it and paste on the back of tbe rent. You will find that the dress is mended Invisibly. Be careful to draw the edges of the rent closely together. This is especially valuable to persons traveling, as It does not require a hot Iron like the ordinary mending tissue. —McCall’s Magazine.
